Our History
1991
TIG Distributing opened its doors initially selling and distributing custom chemistry vehicle care products.
2008
ExodusDirect opened its doors, initially selling and distributing filtration products.
2013
ProDynamic, a TIG Distributing/Innospec joint venture, initially formed to sell and distribute custom fuel additive products in the Brazil market.
2020
TIG Distributing acquires ExodusDirect, merging all products and services into one enterprise company to support their collective customers.
2023
TIG Distributing brings in Maxwell Street, an advisory and investment team, to rapidly expand the company’s footprint and value proposition.
2024
TIG Distributing rebrands as The Integration Group (TIG) to better deliver its value proposition to the market and customers.
